Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day return policy. You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. Returns submitted after this period will not be accepted.
We accept returns as long as the item is in resalable condition and includes the original packaging. Please also provide a valid proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation email or invoice.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via email at qdhaosung001@gmail.com. Once your return request is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note: Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and make it right as soon as possible.

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get a different item is to return the original item, and once the return is processed, place a new order.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund decision. If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take 3–10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
